I'm going overseas and need someone to take over my lease! It extends until the end of next summer, but a partial lease take-over could also be negotiated. The apartment is a University Commons apartment, clean, new carpets and paint, etc., and well furnished. All utilities included, and my roommates are great (not big partyers, keep the place clean, etc.). There are four bedrooms total in the apartment. I'm paying $390 a month, but really need to get out of my lease, so I would either reduce the monthly rate for you or pay your first month. I am desperate--I really don't want to pay $400 a month out of my pocket while I'm gone for an apartment I'm not living in. My loss--your gain!!
