We are currently looking to expand our artist network. To accomplish this, we are looking for people from around the country who have the innate ability to spot real original talent. (No copy cat artist sorry) Anybody who said it is impossible to have a career in the music industry lied to you. You will be given the opportunity to help launch careers and develop talent. All while working with artist and execs from all around the country.
So enough of the small talk here is what we are looking for:
You have to be personally driven to get out there and make it happen (We dont micro manage.)
You have to have access to the internet, phone and some form of transportation (Our offices are only on the east coast right now.)
You have to be smart enough to complete our training
You have to have the ability to distinguish a diamond in the rough from the industry ready artist or band.
There is some paperwork so you must be organized enough to keep up
You have to have a love for music but more importantly a love for the discovery of music

Duties:
Find and identify new unsigned talent
Communicate with Director of ARs to identify key needs to launch artist to the next level
Implement and monitor new program
Network with other artist, producers, musicians etc. to help complete set projects
You are the liaison between the artist and the company
Oversee artist development program
Implement and manage Marketing campaign

You will be contacted by a member of our team to schedule your over the phone interview with the Director of ARs
After your interview with the director of AR
After the offer is made and you have accepted the offer you will be scheduled for the next AR training class
Once you have completed the training you will work closely with the director of ARs as you work your wa
